Moh, H. Y.-Born in Shanghai, Kiangsu, 1876. Studied at private schools. Director, Loong Men Normal School, 1906. Superintendent of Police, Kiangsu Railway Co., 1907-8. Arrived in America, July, 1909. Partial government support. Studied Agriculture at the University of Wis-consin, 1909-11 and at the University of Illinois, 1911-15; Cotton Spinning and Weaving at A & M College, Texas, 1913-14.
